2017 November Collection Preview - Final Day

Welcome to the Final Preview for our 2017 November Collection.  There's a GIVEAWAY that you'll want to enter so keep reading!

2017 November Collection Preview - Day 2

Hello!  Hope you're having a fantastic week so far.  I've got more Previews of our 2017 November Collection to share with you.  Today's preview is of an essential holiday set called Holiday Trimmings.  This set includes eighteen stamps that are fabulous decorative elements for your holiday cards and essential sentiments in modern type.  A matching die set is available.

Let's take a look at what our designers have come up with:

For this beautiful card, Ilina has used seven of the eighteen stamps from the Holiday Trimmings stamp set to great effect!  I absolutely LOVE the pine sprigs in this set and they look so pretty stamped in our Evergreen ink.  

The matching die set will allow you to create beautiful pop-up elements for all of your holiday cards and projects!

Melissa's card reminds me of a being snuggled up by the fire on a cold, wintry afternoon looking out a frosted window.  GORGEOUS!

I love that all of the cards that our designers created using this stamp set all evoke a very different look and feel showcasing just how versatile it is!  I love Emily's Scandinavian looking card.  What a quick, easy and BEAUTIFUL holiday card!

Add a little of our sheer organdy ribbon and a couple of pearls for the perfect finishing touches.

Who's ready for poinsettias?!  After seeing Lisa's card, I am now eager to get on with the Holidays so I can put out my poinsettias and drink egg nog.  Bring it on!

I love how Lisa stamped the tiny poinsettia inside the larger one creating dimension and depth.  The peace die cut out of our fern felt gives this card an arts & crafts feel.  It's easy to use our dies to cut felt. It's the same "sandwich" as cutting cardstock.  For best results, make sure that the felt has a high-enough wool content.  Ours includes 35% or more, depending on the color.  Polyester felt is not a good option for die-cutting.

2017 November Collection Preview - Day 1

Hello!  I hope you enjoyed all of the beautiful and INSPIRING projects our Guest Designers shared with us over the past week.  I know I was inspired!

How can it almost be NOVEMBER?!  I've been super busy the past 6 weeks making final plans for a family trip to Australia for my WEDDING!  I know, it's a LONG way to go to get married but my fiance and I met there 25 years ago on a boat trip to the Great Barrier Reef. We thought it would be romantic and awesome(!) to take our kids and get married on the boat where we met.  Everything is falling into place and we are getting VERY excited.   

OK... enough about that.  Let's get on with the PREVIEWS!

 

MUG LIFE

Today is a fun set for all you coffee, tea and hot-chocolate lovers!  This set is filled with warmth & goodness.  It includes 20 stamps in total with the main image being a simple mug shape. This set is great for fun holiday cards - how many Starbucks gift cards do you give?!  You'll also love it for your coffee-lover cards all year long!   

Let's have a look at what our designers have come up with.

Lisa created a magical holiday card for Santa.  I don't think Santa waits for much... but maybe coffee!  

Did I mention there's a matching die set available.  It's a must-have to cut out the coffee mug!

I love how Lisa stamped the mug on our Twas The Night cardstock.  Make sure you're well-stocked on Marshmallow Splash! ink for the holidays... it makes fun snowy scenes, like Lisa's!

Who doesn't LOVE hot chocolate?!  Emily used Vellum Cardstock to make an envelope for a hot chocolate pouch and then use the new Mug Life stamps to dress it up for the holidays.   

Such a sweet gift idea!  I think I'm going to make a bunch for the teachers at my daughters' school.

I mentioned earlier that you are going to want/need the matching die set, right?  The Mug Life stamp set comes with one mug stamp.  Ilina used the mug die and just the rim of the stamp to create a pair of mugs.  So clever!

I love the whipped cream and marshmallow toppings that come with this set.

October Guest Designer - Karin Åkesdotter Final Day

Hello!  I'm back with one last group of cards from October Guest Designer, Karin Åkesdotter!  

Karin's first design today is simply beautiful and uses a sentiment from Pining for You along with an old favorite, Very Merry Add-Ons, and it's matching die set.

On her next design, Karin paired the pine branch from Very Merry Add-ons with our new peace die - gorgeous!

On this last card, Karin arranged the die cut Very Merry branches to make a wreath!

October Guest Designer - Melissa Roell Final Day

Hello!  I'm back with the final group of Melissa Roell's October Guest Designs.  They incorporate both of the new October stamp sets (Pining for You and Season's Tweetings) along with an old favorite, Christmas Joy.

On this first card, Melissa used the stars from Pining for You along with the deer, tree, and sentiment from Season's Tweetings.  I love that she left the sentiment as simply "to a deer".

Melissa cut the grass stripe cardstock on the diagonal on this next fun design featuring images from Christmas Joy.  I love the tiny red star twinkle sticker at the top of the tree.

Melissa's last design is just gorgeous!  And she used all three stamp sets on this design!  The frame is from Christmas Joy.  The snowflake in the center is from Season's Tweetings and the sentiment is from Pining for You.  A clear twinkle sticker in the center of the snowflake is the perfect finishing touch.

October Guest Designer - Karin Åkesdotter Day 3

Hello and Happy Saturday!  I'm back with more from October Guest Designer Karin Åkesdotter!  Today's projects feature our new Season's Tweetings stamp set.  I love the snowy background that Karin created for the polar bear on this first card:

On the next design, Karin masked the penguins to create a fun group.  I love their rainbow colored hats and scarves - each penguin has it's own unique color!

A sweet and simple card for the last design today.  Karin paired the starry night background from Pining For You with the reindeer from Season's Tweetings - so cute!

October Guest Designer - Melissa Roell Day 3

Hello and Happy Friday!  Today I have three adorable cards to share with you from October Guest Designer, Melissa Roell.  Melissa's designs today feature our new Season's Tweetings stamp set.  On her first card, she stamped and die cut the trees and penguin and layered them over an icy scene die cut with our landscape dies.  I love the little gift package that she die cut separately for the penguin to hold!

On the next design, Melissa stamped and die cut the polar bear for a simple cool scene. 

The last card today features the adorable birds on the branch - so cute!

October Guest Designer - Karin Åkesdotter Day 2

Hello!  I'm back with more from October Guest Designer Karin Åkesdotter!  This first card features the adorable penguins from Season's Tweetings.  I love Karin's colorful sky background!

Karin's next design uses sentiments from Season's Tweetings along with our Redwood background and die-cut greens/flowers from Very Merry Add-Ons - beautiful!

This next card uses sentiments from Season's Tweetings paired cranberry pearls and the pine branches from very merry add-ons. Love the pearls and pine branches together!

October Guest Designer - Melissa Roell Day 2

Hello!  Today I have three fabulous cards to share with you from October Guest Designer Melissa Roell!  Melissa's designs today feature the new Pining for You stamp set and dies.

This first card is simply gorgeous!  I love the grouping of trees and the red banner.  If you look closely, you'll see the subtle redwood background as well.

On the next card, Melissa used the houses and trees from the Pining for You set to make a striking scene.

On this next design, Melissa die cut the trees and layered them over tags cut from our tag bundle dies.  As you can see, the Pining for You tree dies work well on their own.  I love that she turned the grass stripe cardstock diagonally before die-cutting the middle tree.
