2017 August Collection Now Available

Hello and happy Saturday!  The gorgeous 2017 August Collection is now available.  Sorry this post is a day late... we had a big storm and it knocked out our internet service.  Let's take a look at this new collection in a bit more detail.  

 

BOUQUET BUILDER

This pretty new stamp set includes 15 stamps.  There are four pretty floral images and lots of supporting images including 3 essential sentiments. A matching die set is available.

This beautiful card, designed by Ilina, shows just how awesome this set is.  You can use any medium for coloring and simply stamping the flowers looks beautiful.

Ilina shows off her amazing COPIC coloring skills with this card.  I *love* the white embossing she did as a background.  So pretty!

 

SOUTHERN BOUQUET

Southern Bouquet is one of the prettiest floral bouquet stamps I've ever seen!  It has so much depth and variety and looks great using all sorts of techniques!  This set includes 7 stamps - one main image with six sentiments.  A matching die set is available.

2017 August Collection - Sneak Peeks Day 3

Hello and welcome to our final day of Sneak Peeks!  Today's stamp set is sure to make you smile. You're Cool is a mini set that includes 4 sweet stamps.  A matching die set is available.

This first card by Ilina is super sweet!  She used the ice cream stamp to make a sweet patterned background.  The Hello banner is another stamp in this set.

This stamp is fun to color with copics.  It provides a small canvas to practice your layering and shading!

 

 

Three ice cream cones are better than one!  I love this card by Emily - it's so fun of texture.

Life is sweet is another stamp that is included in the You're Cool set.  

 

 

Melissa is the queen of clean and simple design!  She created a fun background in a soft palette using the Mad for Plaids stamp set (you NEED this set!) 

I love the Heart Twinkle sticker she added to the ice cream!  You're cool is the final image in this set.  

Lisa's card is a fun way to use your scrap paper.  C'mon, I KNOW you have a bin full of precious scraps.  This is a great way to put them to use.  

You're going to want the matching die set to cut out this sweet ice cream cone!

2017 August Collection - Sneak Peeks Day 2

Today's sneak peek is a gorgeous set called Bouquet Builder.  This set coordinates beautifully with the Southern Bouquet set that I shared yesterday!  It includes 12 floral elements and three sentiments.  Let's take a look:

 

This first card, designed by Ilina, shows how perfect these florals are for coloring!      

Ilina paired the bouquet with a sentiment from our thanks so much stamp set - beautiful!

This stamp set is so versatile - the flowers look beautiful colored or simply stamped in different colors!  And by die-cutting each image, you can layer them as desired.  Lisa combined them on this card with a sentiment from our be brave stamp set.

On this next design, Emily embossed the flowers and added subtle soft coloring for a beautiful effect.

On this last sneak peek today, Melissa stamped the images on solid and patterned cardstock.

This "happy birthday" is one of the sentiments included in the bouquet builder stamp set.

2017 August Collection - Sneak Peeks Day 1

Wow!  Is it just me or does time seem to be flying by these days?!  I've been a bit MIA because... well life!  I had surgery last week and it's very time-consuming.  There are pre-op appointments, the "event", the recovery and then post-op appointments.  So glad to be on this side of things and in recovery mode. OK, enough about me!  Let's get on with the sneak peeks for our August release.  

We've got THREE days of Sneak Peeks with the release on July 21st.  

Today's sneak peek is a set that I absolutely LOVE!  It's called Southern Bouquet and it is so pretty!  There is one main image - a big beautiful floral bouquet - and six essential sentiments.  Let's have a look.

This first card, designed by Melissa, is the reason I LOVE this stamp set.  This image is beautiful all by itself.  Add a little color and WOW!

Hello beautiful is one of the pretty sentiments that comes with the set.  

Look a this pretty coloring!

Here's another beauty, designed by Emily.  I love how Emily stamped and heat embossed the bouquet in gold.  

I like how Emily added a real bow over the bow on the image.  

Here's a clever and very pretty banner that Lisa designed for a gift bag.  

What a gorgeous way to dress up a gift bag!

This is such a clever way to get even more mileage from the bouquet stamp!

I love the gorgeous coloring on this!

July Guest Designer - Melissa Roell Final Day

Hello!  I'm back with Melissa's final group of Guest Designs.  The first two designs feature a gorgeous color pallet of Seattle grey on sugar white with white embossing.  It is so simple and so beautiful - love it!  Melissa die-cut the Seattle layer on this first card using the pinking tag from our tag bundle die set.    

The white pearls in the centers of the flowers are the perfect embellishment!

And Melissa's last card features our July lime/grey/pink paper tape with the flower from banner sentiments.

July Guest Designer - Marina Kartavenko Final Day

Hello!  I'm back with Marina's final Guest Designer projects featuring our July collection stamps.  I love this first design - the colors are amazing!  And the melon scallop cardstock layer behind the flowers works perfectly!

On this next design, Marina die-cut the flowers and then tucked them under the die-cut banner for a cool effect. 

Her last design is a beautiful group of colors.  I love the grass stripe cardstock and lime ribbon under the die-cut flowers!

July Guest Designer - Melissa Roell Day 3

Hi!  I'm back with more beautiful summer blooms designs from July Guest Designer - Melissa Roell!  On this first design, I love Melissa's use of the grass stripe cardstock with the die cut flowers!

On this next card, Melissa used the omg cake stamp set with the flower - so fun!

More fun use of the grass green stripes on this next card.  I love how the banner sentiment works perfectly with the curve!  And twinkle stickers make the perfect centers on the flowers for a little added bling!

July Guest Designer - Marina Kartavenko Day 3

Hello!  I'm back with more awesome designs from our July Guest Designer - Marina Kartavenko!  Marina's designs today feature gold embossing using our summer blooms and banner sentiments stamp sets.  On this first design, Marina created one pink panel and cut it into two pieces after stamping.  Then she adhered them leaving space on the card base for the sentiment.  Love it!

On this next design, the gold embossing on seattle cardstock is just beautiful and gives a completely different look from the card above.

On this last design today, Marina gold embossed the circles and a strip of gold above the sentiment to tie it all together.

July Guest Designer - Melissa Roell Day 2

Hello and Happy Friday!  I'm back with more fabulous designs from our July Guest Designer - Melissa Roell!  In this first summer blooms design, Melissa paired lime green and black for a card that really pops!  

In this next card, Melissa used banner sentiments along with the a summer blooms flower and the background found in our welcome to the neighborhood stamp set.

I love these lime cards!  This next card is a perfectly clean and simple design using black and lime and die cut summer blooms leaves.  I love how Melissa used lime green paper tape as the grass!

July Guest Designer - Marina Kartavenko Day 2

Hello and Happy Thursday!  I am back today with more fabulous designs from Marina.  Marina's cards today feature fun summer colors!  

In this first card, Marina used the flower from our new Banner Sentiments stamp set.  White embossing on the blueberry cardstock really pop!  And I love the pink dot paper tape peeking out at the bottom of the blue layer - perfect!  It is one of the tapes in our new paper tape trio.

Marina also used the paper tape trio on this next design.  The grey dot looks so cool with lime green!

On the next card, Marina stamped colorful circles (found in our Lots of Dots stamp set) and paired them with a die-cut banner from the Banner Sentiments stamp set.  So fun!  This would be a perfect design to make in different colors and sentiments to make a set of all-occasion cards to have on hand.
