How's your December Daily coming along? Today I have a second installment of Kristine's fabulous album. I hope you will be inspired on ways to incorporate A Muse Studio products into your albums. I know I am!
I know that when I am working on a specific album, - like a December Daily or a travel album - it helps me to have a game plan in place before I begin. My goal is to make my photos standout and that everything else should help to highlight the photos. My other goal is to actually complete the album. C'mon... you know I'm not the only one that struggles with this. <wink> So, in order to make the process go smoothly and quickly and allow me time to ENJOY it, I try to limit the supplies that I'm going to work with. I will pick a color scheme and then stick with using just those colors. This helps save on paper costs too!
I love how Kristine's simple design really let's the photos steal the show!
Using a gift tag with a big number is a great way to add the day! The mitten journaling card that is part of the Dear Santa Digital (printable) kit looks great.
I love typewritten notes and need to remember to use them in my scrapbooks more often.
December Stories is a great stamp set for your December Daily album. There are 34 different stamps in this set with some fun elements that were designed specifically to go in your December album.
Kristine has made great use of our Christmas Sweater 6" x 6" paper pack. I love how she die cut the number 7 from the red snowflake paper. Looks great!
I'd love to hear if you are making a December Daily album this year or if you've made one in the past. Tell me if you set it up all in advance or work on it throughout the month of December.
Have a crafty day!
Kristine's inspiration is great - love her style! I keep hoping to do this eventually. I think it will help me get into the Christmas spirit :)
